I remember there was a question a day Twitter account from Kaplan last year, but I was unable to find it again today. I think the essentials to me remain the USMLEWorld qbank and First Aid. The Kaplan Qbank is good if one has already gone through UWorld twice. Anything else I think is generally not a great use of time.
